Websites and Social Media
Helping you to realize your creative vision
using the tools available for your Mac, iPad and iPhone.
Creatives have very little time for website maintenance and updates let alone building a site from scratch. We'd rather be painting, writing, dancing, or shooting from behind a lens.
But we also know how important having a website is: It can be used as a portfolio and gallery, to show off the best examples of our work, a resume of our jobs and accomplishments, a way to let people know what we think, what we are doing and a way to share "What's up," and "What's New." It's a way to get "our" word out, to help generate awareness about our Art, build a following and hopefully, if that is our intention, to sell our work and ourselves.
Too often we abrogate the creation and maintenance of our sites to a third party who, over time, may become hard to get a hold of, hard to deal with, charge more, or who move on to other projects leaving us with a site that languishes and quickly becomes out of date.
I would be happy to discuss the solutions I've found that I believe make it relatively easy and painless to take control of this very important, necessary aspect of our artistic business. If, however, you still want someone to update and post on your behalf, I do offer affordable contracts where I can do this for you.
Here are a few examples from clients who have built and maintain their sites:
